Consider co-sponsoring the exhibit hall for the trade show. Your logo will be displayed, on a banner, at the main entrance of the exhibit hall during the entire conference.

Delegates will wear will wear their name badge throughout the conference. Your logo will be included on each of these badge holders.

Consider sponsoring the notepads which will be included in the delegate bags, Your logo will be prominently located on them.

Promote your company with a pen which will be included in each delegate bag.

Presentation Hall (2 at $2,500) (sponsored)
Consider sponsoring the theatres for the presentation hall. Your logo will be included on a banner, in the hallway of the presentation hall, during the entire conference.

These programs will be included in every delegate bag. Sponsor logos will be prominently displayed in them.

Socks ($11,000) (no longer available)
Help us keep conference participants warm! We are working with a supplier to provide socks with the sponsor's logo and or message on them. In order to have these arrive in time for the conference, these will need to be ordered by October 1. Consider sponsoring the coat check at the presentation hall. Your logo will be prominently displayed in the coat check area, on a banner, during the entire conference.

Shuttle Bus (3 at $5,000) (2 available)
Shuttle buses will transport delegates to and from the presentation hall, exhibit hall and various hotels. Your logo will be posted prominently, on a banner, at the exhibit hall and at the presentation hall.

Events

Ice Breaker (4 at $5,000) (4 available)
Help us break the ice at the Chateau Nova by sponsoring this evening. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. We will work with the sponsors to make this an enjoyable evening for all.

Coffee Breaks (3 at $3,000) (2 available)
Coffee, tea, bottled water, and muffins will be served during each of the coffee breaks at the presentation hall. Your logo will be prominently displayed, on a banner, above the coffee service area. Your sponsorship wil also be noted, in the presentation program print material, beside the event time.

Coffee, and tea will be available, throughout the day, at the exhibit hall. Your logo will be prominently displayed, on a banner, above the coffee service area.

On Tuesday, a buffet lunch will be served at the exhibit hall. A banner, recognizing your contribution, will be posted where the lunch is served. Your sponsorship will also be noted, in the presentation program print material, beside the event time.

Appetizers and refreshments will be served during the reception at the exhibit hall. A banner, recognizing the sponsors, will be on display in the area where the food is served. Names of the sponsors will also be noted by the listing of the event in the presentation program print material.

This talk is open to all conference participants and to the public.

Education Connection - T-Shirts, Transportation for Schools, Facility for Activities ($10,000) (no longer available)
Consider co-sponsoring t-shirts for up to 600 educators and students who will participate in the Geoscience-Education Connection event held on Thursday morning at the trade show. Students will visit selected exhibitors to ask questions (provided by the exhibitor) and to obtain a stamp in a booklet. Imagine what a visual impact these will make! Contact the conference coordinator for more information.

Consider sponsoring the lunch on Wednesday during the poster session at the presentation hall. Your logo will be prominently displayed, on a banner, during the lunch. Sponsors will also be recognized in the presentation program print material by the event listing.
